Custom Molding Fit Instructions:
1) Rip It: Rip open the foil bag and remove the soft Shield to begin the custom molding process.
2) Fit It: Place Elbow Shield around lower tricep and secure tightly with elastic strap.
Make sure the tip of the Shield extends just past elbow joint when arm is bent. Wrap with gauze if desired, but leave tip exposed.
3) Wear It: Wear Shield with strap for 30 minutes until the transformation from Gel-to-Shell is complete.
